  • Once processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation along with your tracking details.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic (UAE): Delivery is typically completed within 1–3 working days after processing.

Shipping Information Accuracy

  • Ezra Luxury Collection cannot be held responsible for undelivered items due to incorrect information provided.

  • In case of re-shipment, an additional 50 AED shipping fee will apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is delayed or appears lost, please reach out to us and we’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

  • Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
